Covid-19 Safeguarding Protocol

To ensure the safety of clients and therapist, the following steps have been taken aimed at reducing the risk of spreading the Covid-19 virus:

Pre-Appointment confirmation:

On the morning of your appointment you will receive a text asking you if you have any symptoms of Covid-19, have come into contact with anyone who is believed to have the virus, or are living with anyone who is self-isolating.

If you answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions your appointment will need to be rescheduled.


Due to the additional time needed before and after the treatment, to enable sanitising of the therapy room and equipment, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment. Please be patient if the door is not answered immediately.

Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment, it may not be possible to run over your allocated appointment slot.

Upon arrival you will be asked to sanitise your hands.

There will be clean paper towel on the mantelpiece to put your phone, keys and jewellery on.

Please put all other belongings (other than shoes) on the plastic chair which will have been sanitized before your arrival.

Please be aware that there will be no toilet facility available.

During the massage session:

Your therapist will be wearing a face mask during the session and a protective face shield when you are lying face up.

You will need to wear your face mask during the whole of the appointment where possible. Please bring one if you have one available.

If due to medical reasons you are exempt form wearing a face mask, you will be asked to wear a face shield when lying face up. Please bring one if you have one available.

The therapy bed and pillows have been covered in plastic to enable them to be completely disinfected between clients. They will be covered with a clean couch cover and pillow cases. 

After your appointment:

Unfortunately, you will not be offered water, so please bring a water bottle.

Additional cleaning:

Your therapist will change their tunic after every client.

Surfaces, door handles client chair and equipment will be sanitised before your appointment, and after you have left the room.
